1. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues — you'll receive a full refund in such cases.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Weekend orders ship Monday.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or events outside our control.
3. Returns & Refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Return shipping is free for UK addresses.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
4. Warranty
All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
